Meet the Cast
It is an honor to introduce this incredible cast. Each student dedicated hours upon hours of their time to memorize, research, and understand their characters. Learn a little more about them below!
Elise Aylworth
My name is Elise Aylworth and I’m a junior this year! This is my 6th show at WHS and it hasn’t always been easy to do a virtual show. However, throughout these past couple months I feel like I have learned a lot and have grown a lot. I have loved being able to play my dream role of Belle. She may not be a physical person but she is still someone I respected and really look up too. I would like to continue acting as I go on into the future, first with two more shows here then in community theatre if that is in my path. Thank you so much to my family for being patient and quiet during my hours upon hours of zooms and to all the teachers, adults, and administrators who made this possible.

Steve Acuna
I’m a junior and this is my first show at WHS. I wanted to be an actor and join the entertainment industry, it was a great experience to do the show. During my free time I watch videos about facts, politics, music, news and how to do stuff, also I play video games like Mario, Sonic, Angry Birds and Minecraft. I almost died when I was swept into some river rapids but I stopped halfway. I have a disability called autism and I’m always isolated. After I graduate high school, I want to continue studying drama and become an actor so I could be seen on tv, theater screen and get my voice heard (I want to be in a different world and a better life where people accept me for who and what I am). I thank my cat Harold for being there for me and understanding me.

Olivia Brand
I’m Olivia Brand, I’m a senior, and this is my 7th, and sadly last show with the Willamette Theatre Department. This was a great process, but of course I miss live theatre. Being in shows here the past few years really drove me to want to pursue theatre someday, hopefully in the form of voice acting. Mrs. Walker, Ms. Reuter, Heidi, and Israel have given me endless opportunities and support, and I’m very grateful. They put their heart and souls into each show here, and I’ve tried hard to do the same. The range of roles and shows I’ve gotten to do here has really helped me grow as an actor, as well as make many friendships through this wonderful department. Although the idea of my time here coming to a close is very hard to grasp, I’ve been lucky enough to get to make so many memories here that it’s not something I will forget. For now I will continue working while trying to do acting and singing on the side as much as I can, then hopefully go to college after my gap year is done. Thank you everyone <3
Natalia Cameron
I am a ninth grader and this is my first show with Willamette High School. It has been so fun to do the musical virtually. In my free time I like to sing, dance, bake, and hang out with friends. I would like to continue my education and be a teacher or a pediatrician. Thank you to my dad and mom for supporting me during this musical and helping me with school.

Sky Cantero
I’m a ninth grader and this is my very first show at WHS. It’s honestly super cool to do a virtual show a little exhausting but that just means we put a lot of work and thought into it! I honestly just draw, and play games in my spare time. After high school, I’m hoping to continue my education and become an animator or artist. I probably wouldn’t be as far now without my friends and family.

Connor Goodright
I’m a sophomore and this is my first show at Willamette. It was an interesting experience to get to do a virtual show. I’m grateful I got the opportunity to see it through! After high school, I want to study to become a therapist. I would like to thank my friends and family for supporting me through this.
Joshua Houghton
My name is Joshua Houghton, I’m a senior and this my 6th and last show at WHS. I worked backstage for ‘Baskerville: A Sherlock Holmes Mystery’, the lighting technician for ‘My Very Own Story’, played Mullins in ‘Peter Pan: A Musical Adventure’, played Bartholomew Barrow in ‘Ms. Bunny Bunting’s Bonafied Belles/The Trail of the Tenebrous Tiara’, and participated in multiple roles for ‘Jane Austen: Completely Zoomed’. Whenever I have free time, I enjoy drawing, singing, playing video games, and I enjoy collecting LEGO Star Wars and doing voice impressions. I have my family and friends to thank for being incredibly supportive during these odd times as we create more of a movie rather than a musical… but it’s technically both. A MUSICAL MOVIE, HA HA!
Kelsi Houston
I’m a junior and this is my second show at WHS. It was really fun to be a part of this show. Everyone has been really nice and supportive of each other. I like to draw, write and play with my dogs in my free time. Though this was an interesting way to experience theater I really hope I can experience it again in person and on stage. I would like to thank Mrs. Walker and Ms. Reuter for being absolutely amazing during this And my mom for putting up with me stealing her room to record.
Abigail Huber
Hey! I’m Abby or Abigail, I am a ninth grader at Willamette and this is my second show at WHS. It has been a fun and different experience in doing both the Fall Play and Spring Musical all over Zoom but it has been an amazing experience with amazing people! In my free time I love to listen to music, all sorts of it too! I have to admit it, I love school and I’m so glad I got to do this part in person. I have not yet decided what I want to do once High School is over but I do have a lot of possible interests! Thank you to my whole family, friends and to our amazing directors!
Celia McCallen
Hey there! My name is Celia but I also go by Shaba. I am a senior this year and this is my seventh show at Willamette. I love doing special effects makeup (follow me on instagram @rainesfx_03) and horseback riding. I also have a slight obsession with Marvel. I love Chris Evans. I would like to thank my own family and the whole Gerlach Clan for being so supportive and loving, I love you all.

Cael Petersen
I’m a sophomore this year and this is my fourth show at Willamette. It certainly has been different this year having to do the shows digitally, but it was still fun nonetheless. I enjoy reading, LEGO and video games, but I mostly just like food. I’m a big Star Wars fan but I also really enjoy the marvel movies.

Amanda Neikirk
I’m a junior and this is the 2nd show I’ve been in at WHS. It was a really interesting experience doing it virtually, being able to see all my friends again over zoom was fun. I like to take photos and do art. After high school I plan on becoming a special education teacher and work in the early development classes.
Dillyn Rolfe
I'm a junior and this is my second show at Willamette. It’s been incredibly fun working with everyone and running around to get it all to work. In my free time I play video games and Stream on Twitch. After I finish high school I hope to maybe start a culinary job or continue streaming as a full time job. My parents and Partners have always supported me through this whole process and I wanna thank them for helping me through everything and helping me with my confidence.

Ryan Sherman
I am a senior at willamette and this is my second show. It has been a challenging experience doing the musical during the pandemic, but I’m glad everyone still committed to it because I believe we still were able to give the best performance possible with some truly beautiful moments. After I finish highschool I plan on continuing my education and going to california for college. I would like to thank Mrs. Walker, Ms. Reuter, Heidi, and Israel for all of the hours they put into this production; I would also like to thank my family, but especially my mom for doing my makeup for each recording session.

Hayden Shoop
Howdy, Junior, Hayden Shoop here, this is my first/second show at WHS, depending on if you include last year’s musical, I’ve had a ton of fun diving into the character of Lumiere for this show, whether that’s been practicing the wonderful accent, or singing Be Our Guest at every opportunity possible I’m a musician at heart, though I have a great time acting, music is what draws me in to almost anything I do. The virtual show has really been a blast to be a part of, and has allowed for some wonderful memories to be made singing with this awesome cast! I hope you enjoy our production as it’s truly something I know we’re all proud of.
Vincent Soltero-Palumbo
I’m a senior and this is my first show at WHS. It's been so fun. In my free time I collect magic cards. After high school I'm actually opening a Card Shop Cafe. I would like to thank my dog Milly for her support.
Jeremy Bond
Hello, my name is Jeremy Bond, and I played Maurice in the musical. I’m currently a junior, and this is my third production at WHS (and probably anywhere). For fun, I like to play video games, read, write, sometimes draw, watch Netflix, Youtube, etc., and pet my dog. I’m planning on going to college in the future, and I think I’ll take up some form of engineering, or possibly accounting, I don’t know. I’d like to thank my brothers for occasionally letting me steal their room during Zoom meetings and recordings. Ok bye.
Brooke Morris
Hello! I’m Brooke. I’m a senior and this has been my eighth and final show at WHS. As someone who plans on pursuing a career in performing arts I am so grateful to be a part of such a unique theatre experience and create art in a whole new fashion. A huge thank you to Mrs. Walker, Ms. Reuter, Heidi and Israel Bloodgood for all of their incredible hard work and for making this show possible.
Adelaide Lake
Hello there! I am Adelaide Lake, a ninth grader. This is my first show at WHS. It has been quite an interesting and unusual process, but I’m grateful to be a part of it nonetheless. I’m so thankful for all the amazing people I’ve got to meet because of this show. Whenever I’m not in theatre I like to play volleyball, spend time with friends/family, sing and play different instruments, and obsessively listen to all types of music. After high school, I’d love to continue acting and singing or go into the medical field, both would be awesome. I’d like to thank my shower head for being so impressed with my singing, a great confidence booster right there, as well as my patient family through long zoom rehearsals, and all the wonderfully supportive staff (looking at you Mrs. Walker, Ms. Reuter, Heidi, and Israel) that made this thing possible.

Meagan Schoonmaker
I am a senior at Willamette, and this is my second show. Theatre is something I’ve been interested in for a while, and doing a virtual show has been an interesting experience. I enjoy singing, reading, and hiking. I’m so excited for my family to see this show, they’ve been supportive of me from the start, and have always been my biggest fans.
